Emmanuel Baptist Church has been serving the Lord in the city of Grand Rapids for over 40 years. We remain committed to the same principles and goals that the founders of this church established:
Proving God’s love by proclaiming His Gospel and preaching His Word.
We desire for God’s Word to be open, God’s Son magnified, and God’s love expressed at every church service and function.
A church is not an address nor some fancy words on a website. It’s a people. We have had the joy to see God use Emmanuel Baptist to send pastors, missionaries, and evangelists throughout this world. It is also a blessing to see our faithful members continue to learn and grow right here in Grand Rapids.
As grateful as we are for all God has done through our church, we are even more zealous to see what God will do through us in the future. We’re a family of believers here, and would be forever indebted to anyone who would choose to share our passion and become part of our family.
We may not yet know you. But I can promise that we already have purposed to love you, and we can’t wait for you to come and meet us soon!

Endeavoring to recognize and respond to the voice of the master.
Pastor PJ Pallini
Pastor PJ was called to be a pastor at a young age. However, the journey was not easy. His testimony shows the loving patience and power of God to shape an imperfect person to be fit for His service.
Watch Our Services
We broadcast our services online each week. You can watch online to see what a church service is like or catch up on a church service that you might have missed.
Free Transportation
We've been offering free bus rides to and from our church for more than 40 years. Need a ride? Get in touch with us!
Food Pantry
Our church offers food to those experiencing hunger each week. Please contact us if you or anyone you know needs assistance with food.
Salvation is a free gift of God. The death of Christ on the cross is the only sufficient payment for our sins. All have sinned, but all can be saved. This salvation is available for any who puts their trust in Christ as Savior and follows Him (Romans 3:23, 6:23; John 3:16).
